In Iraq, it is mixed with date syrup and made into a sweet dessert eaten with bread. It is a rich source of calcium, manganese and omega 3.

There is a photo you use; a monk is sitting on the chutney jar. I object to use it because No monk uses to eat garlic. So pls remove one of them; Garlic from the chutney or MONK from the picture. Thank you!

Its a must have in a chinese cuisine. My chinese food is always incomplete without schewzan sauce. I cant imagine my chinese food to be delicious without schewzan sauce.
