Bechef Chinese Chilli Oil is a flavourful condiment. It is infused with chili peppers. We have used different types of oil and hot peppers, and other components.
It is particularly popular in western Chinese cuisines such as Sichuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine, Guizhou cuisine, and Shaanxi cuisine. You can use this chilli oil as a dip for meat and dim sum. This oil fits good in the Korean Chinese noodle soup dish jjamppong.
It fits good as an ingredient in cooked dishes as well as a condiment.
Chinese Chilli Oil is typically red in color. We have made this from vegetable oil, often soybean oil or sesame oil, although olive oil.
Other spices may be included such as Sichuan pepper, garlic, or paprika. Usually, the solids typically settle to the bottom of the container. When using chili oil, you can choose how much of the solids to use; you can only choose the oil, without any solids.

There is a photo you use; a monk is sitting on the chutney jar. I object to use it because No monk uses to eat garlic. So pls remove one of them; Garlic from the chutney or MONK from the picture. Thank you!

Its a must have in a chinese cuisine. My chinese food is always incomplete without schewzan sauce. I cant imagine my chinese food to be delicious without schewzan sauce.
