I haven't received my delivery.

After making all the payment online, repeated calls to customer care, multiple emails - NO LUCK in getting the delivery.

The Product is good, but inconsistent customer service.

I ordered 3 products and got 2 delivered. The quest to get the 3rd product ordered (and paid online) has been a harrowing experience. It's been almost a month since I raised a complaint about the missing item and I haven't received the item yet. Very Inconsistent customer service... Why does it matter whether the product is good or bad, when you don't deliver it anyway...?
