Cheater platform

I placed on order on 31 may and prepaid the order. I even read a user review that platform is fake but ignored that. Later i waited and waited to hear any order update. On 7 june I received an email that order is packed. Then when i clicked on track order it said order cancelled. On 21 June I received an emails saying review the order that was delivered 14 days ago. As on 25 june nothing delivered, no updates on order. NEVER ORDER FROM BECHEF. no one reached out despite submitting email in support.
